More Profit No Voids
Working with us makes sense when you look at the numbers. We are your only tenant and for the period we look after your property there will be no void periods. No void periods mean none of the costs or stress associated with repairing and re-decorating between tenants. No voids coupled with no maintenance fees and no management fees means more money for our Landlords and Landladies. When we look after the property we assume responsibility for these things so the rent we pay you is basically all profit.
Professional Tenants
Our tenants are largely professional people. This means the standard of quality and service has to be impeccable. We hold ourselves to a high standard and so do our residents. Also due to our customer base being professionals they take good care of the properties that they rent from us which means all our properties are kept in a pristine condition. We have built relationships with our customers and they repeatedly use us as we look after them and in return they look after our properties.
No Bills
We take all property running costs away from your day to day life as all are included in our agreement, including day to day minor maintenance
No Calls
No more calls from Tenants or agents with maintenance or minor problems. A full hands off service for the entire length of the contract, we will even pay for the minor repairs
Maintenance
As we are responsible for the property we carry out frequent property checks and weekly cleaning. When you get your property back it will be ready to live in, the way you gave it to us
